History and Development
The ECHELON Service can be traced back to when it first started as Project Andromeda, and as it evolved to become the NUSA Federal Bureau of Investigation's Criminal Justice Information Center, and later on to become the ECHELON Service that it is today.
Our organization is responsible specifically for the establishment of specific government infrastructure for various communities, and other clients of the ECHELON Service. Development is conducted by a small team of developers selected by the ECHELON Service's administration.
